4. Have not used yet. Had trouble getting it to start initially. Called Jack's and they said they do not troubleshoot and referred me to Toro. Called Toro and they do not troubleshoot. Said I would need to take to service center 100 miles away. (I live in a major city). Needless to say I was frustrated. Rechecked everything and found I had taken out key. Replaced and worked fine. I hope I never have problems in future.

Recently, I heard a repair man say that he only works on Toro and Honda because the others need too frequent repair. So, when it comes to snow blowers one needs to spend extra $ to get a unit that is reliable and will not need frequent costly repair. This little Toro is in the reliable catagory. I has the same build and general design as my larger Toro that has been running well for 10 years with one DIY repair.

Just moved into a new house and I've never used a snow blower ever, so I tried to get one that well known and had an electric start. It came packaged very well and was delivered as promised. It was easy to assemble the handle and put in the oil and gas. The directions were very clear. The push button start worked perfectly. I've used it on 4 Chicago snow storms in December so far. It worked great and cleared even the heaviest wet snow on my 2 car driveway! I recommend the product and Mowers at Jacks for a good price and fast delivery.

Arrived promptly, packed tightly in a large box, but was easy to assemble and start. It came with everything need to get it going except gas. Worked well to take care of a light snow the first time I used it. At this point, I've only used it once, but am pleased with the price and the product.

Charlie, Toro does not provide a horsepower rating for these units. Only a displacement rating of 99 cc's
