Features for the Husqvarna 48" Dozer Blade

This Husqvarna 48" Dozer Blade is perfect for pushing dirt, rock, sand, or snow. This 16” high heavy-duty, welded reinforced steel dozer blade can easily be removed without tools, once the included mounting bracket is installed. The blade angles left or right up to 30 degrees to plow snow out of your way. You can adjust the blade right from the operator’s seat using the adjustment rod. Heavy duty replaceable skid shoes are easy to replace incase yours get warn out from plowing. You won’t have to worry about rust with the yellow dichromate hardware. If you are ready to get plowing, this blade is for you!

Fits Models: Husqvarna GT and GTH tractors with 22” tire models and larger. Will NOT fit LGT, YT, YTH tractors. Also fits TS 300 series, but will NOT fit TS100 and 200 series.

I was very impressed with the quality of the dozer blade. When I put it together, which took some time, it worked very well right off the bat. I was able to push gravel in my driveway which I was unable to do with my previous Craftsman blade. Very well built product looks like it'll hold up for years. Will be great for pushing snow.

The Dozer blade for Husqvarna GT52XLS fit like a champ.  It's a several hour process to install one for the first time, but the instructions were pretty good.  My only complaint at this point is that the parts bag for it needs to be better secured.  I had a couple dings out of the box from the hardware bouncing around.  Jacks process was awesome, better price/service than I could have gotten from my local Husqvarna dealer!!!

QUALITY SEEMS TO BE VERY GOOD BUT MISSSING PARTS. SOME PARTS WERE LOOSE IN BOX YET BAGS WITH PARTS WAS NOT OPEN. MISSING CLEVIS LANYARDS AND HAIRPIN AGITATOR. RECEIVED MISSING PARTS TODAY EXCEPT ORDERED 2 OF EACH AND RECEIVED ONLY 1 OF EACH. YOUR ORDER STATED 2 OF EACH.

WILL BE CALLING BACK ON 11-19-15 TO STILL GET THE MISSING PARTS.

Excelant product. Standing up to very heavy use. Had to reweld lifting are bracket because of too small a weld, but still a very good bang for the buck

Iam confused as to why the dozer blade will not work on my LGT2554. I have the wheel weights and chains..

Answer:
Hector, the dozer blade is designed to be used with the more powerful Husqvarna GT, GTH series, since the blade is heavier.   The 48" Blade 588181302 is the ideal blade for the LGT series.

Answer:
Tom, the weight of the dozer blade is one issue as it is a heavier unit. So the larger, GT & GTH series tractors are best suited to handle the weight.

Jim, blade 588181302 would be compatible with your LGT2654. Rear Weight Kit #505549201.

What's the difference between the husqvarna 48" snow blade and the 48" dozer blade ? I notice the dozer blade has 2 handles instead of 1, what other difference are there ?

Aaron, the 48" Dozer blade is a heavy duty blade recommended for use only with Husqvarna GT/GTH series tractors to move rock, sand, and snow. The dozer blade also has a welded reinforcement bracket across the back.
